Betty M. (McNinch) Tyler passed away peacefully in her sleep December 3, 2017. Betty was born on January 25, 1941, to Roy and Nellie McNinch of Lima, MT. She married Donald Tyler on September 7, 1958. Together they had 4 children: Donna (Tris) Stout, Lewiston, MT, Mike (Carma) Tyler, Dillon MT, Cindy (Bob) Wieferich, Sullivan, IL and Brad (Erin) Tyler. Bonney Lake, WA.
Betty was an amazing, stubborn, opinionated, loving lady that never met a stranger. She loved camping (her favorite spot was Kitty Creek), taking rides, and playing pinochle. You could always find Betty watching one of her favorite sports teams play on TV. She particularly loved the Denver Broncos and Portland Trailblazers. Cooking dinner, telling stories, and generally being the life of the party is something everyone will miss about Betty.
Betty is survived by children, her best friend and sister Elizabeth (Bessie) Reeves, 11 grandchildren: Melissa, Brittany, Kristen, Ashlee, Heather, Kayla, Korrin, Aliena, Zach, Olivia, and Jasmine, and 4 great-grandchildren Hunter, Kaydan, Kynzlee, and Xavier. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald (1988), husband Mike Johnston (2010) granddaughter Kassie (2014), siblings Mable, Mary, Opal, and Cecil, and niece Bernice.
Graveside service will be held at Lima Cemetery on June 9th, 11 AM. Friends and family are invited to a picnic afterward, up Kitty Creek.
