Betty Sue ChesterWoodlawn, TNBetty Sue Chester, 86, of Woodlawn, TN, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016, at Life Care Center of Columbia in Columbia, TN.Betty was born on May 7, 1930, in Stewart County, TN to the late Richard Bellamy and Cora Elizabeth Welker Bellamy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Norman Chester, Jr.; one brother; and three sisters.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13, from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, and Wednesday, December 14, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home. Betty is survived by her son, Roger Dale Chester of Woodlawn, TN; daughter, Norma (Sammy) Maxwell of Cedar Hill, TN; two sisters, Juanita Vaughan of Stewart County, TN and Hallie Kopp of Hopkinsville, KY; six grandchildren, Norman Lee Chester, Jaimie Hansford, Deidra Gingrich, Kristian Atchley, Joseph Chester, and Logan Fox; and six great grandchildren, Kennon Bryan, Kaylie Barnes, Jessi-Lynn Barnes, Riley Perry, Elijah Atchley, and Taylor Walter.Arrangements are entrusted to Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040; (931) 645-6488.
