Cox, BeverlyCOX, Beverly Hollon, 61 of Montgomery, passed away Monday February 13, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday at 2:00 PM at Ridout's Prattville Chapel with Pastor Tommy Roy officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. Beverly was born on March 21, 1955 to the late Hershel Hollon and Pauline Seamon Hollon. She retired after serving for many years with Alabama Department of Transportation. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Shannon Michele Cosby and a brother Joseph Hollon. She is survived by her husband Joe Shepard; children Shannon Leigh Cox, Taylor Jackson (Amber) Cox, Tonyia R. Shepard, Jessica L. Shepard; brothers and sisters Tootsie (Phillip) Newman, Ronald (Eulene) Hollon, Barbara Vines, Reba (Joe) Curtis, Paul (Dee Dee) Hollon, Janet Hollon Duckett; grandchildren Samantha Dunn, Conner Morgan, Nathan Cox, Amelia Cox, Clara Bell Cox and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends including her special companions "Katana" and "Panda". Visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Ridout's Prattville Chapel.
