On March 12, 2024, Fort Lauderdale, Florida lost a beloved member of its community, Beverly Brock. Born on August 7, 1952, Beverly was the daughter of Wilson and Netta Williams. She leaves behind her loving husband, Terrance Brock, whom she married in 1981. Together, they raised three children: Salena, Latasha, and Terrell.

Beverly cherished her family and was a doting grandmother to her five grandchildren: Sedrick Florence Jr, Saniya Grice, Za’Chari Florence, Tazara Grice, and Jaylen Florence. She took great joy in spending time with them, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever.

Beverly attended Dillard High School, graduating in 1970. She was a dedicated employee at Advanced Auto Parts, where she worked tirelessly to provide for her family. Beverly also served her country with honor as a member of the US Army.

Outside of work, Beverly had a zest for life. She loved nothing more than a good party surrounded by friends and family. She was a passionate fan of the 49ers, always cheering them on during football season.

Tragically, Beverly passed away due to a stroke. Her presence will be sorely missed by all who knew her, but her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
