We are saddened to announce the passing of Bill Hendrix, who passed away on March 7, 2025, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 84. Born on October 5, 1940, Bill lived a full and joyful life surrounded by his loving family.

Bill is survived by his devoted wife Lavon Hendrix, whom he married in 1938. Together, they raised five wonderful children: Chris Hendrix and spouse Sheri Hendrix, Sandy McGrath Kimble and spouse Harvey Kimble, Bonnie McGrath Shepherd and spouse Ray Shepherd, Kevin Hendrix, and Randy Hendrix.

Bill was a beloved father and grandfather, leaving behind eight cherished grandchildren. He was a dedicated family man who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, playing golf, watching the royals play, and traveling the world.

Bill will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and zest for life. He touched the lives of all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Rest in peace, Bill. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
