Billie was the loving child of Willie and Lurlene, growing up in Farmington, New Mexico. They married Seals in the year 20 and together they raised three wonderful children, Loleta, Eugene, and Keith Ratliff.

Billie cherished their three grandchildren, always showering them with love and wisdom.

Billie attended LG Pinkston High School, where they excelled academically and showed a passion for learning. After graduating, they dedicated themselves to a career at Taylor Publishing company, where they worked tirelessly to create beautiful publications.

When they weren't working, Billie found joy in their favorite hobby - attending church. Their faith was a guiding light in their life, and they found immense comfort and strength within their community.

Billie Seals will be remembered as a devoted spouse, parent, grandparent, and friend. Their kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing them.
