Billy Rae Joyner , 76, passed on September 25, 2020. He was born to Wilfred Joyner and Ruth Joyner in Charleston, South Carolina on January 01, 1944.

He married Rosa-Ann Joyner in 1995 and they lived together in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Together they raised 2 children Fred Joyner (Ruth-Ann Joyner), . He is also survived by 3 grandchildren Briana Joyner, Mitchel Williams , and Edward Joyner.

Billy graduated from Ballard Hudson High School where he later moved.

Billy worked at Bridgeport Transit as a devoted Public Transportant bus driver, until he retired in 2000.
