Billy Allen BlandClarksville, TNBilly Allen Bland, 75, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017, at Spring Meadows Healthcare.Billy was born on January 14, 1942, in Yoakum, TX to the late Nettie Lee. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Garrett Milliken officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY with full military honors. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.Billy was a Retired U.S. Army Veteran.Billy is survived by his wife, Deloris Rose Forgason Bland of Clarksville, TN; three sons, David (Jennifer) Bland, Larry Bland, and Jerry Bland of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Terry Bland of Birmingham, AL; eight grandchildren, Michael Baez, Jessica Bland, Jacquelyn Stephens, Autumn Bland, Samantha Broadhurst, Stephanie Rosa, Sophia Rosa, and Ricky Rosa; and five great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Jason Hatter, Mike Robison, Chris Orange, Chris Singleton, Jacob Lewis, and Richard Broadhurst.Arrangements entrusted to Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
