He had unexpectedly passed away in his residence in Brockville Ontario. Billy touched the lives of many people with his infectious smile and caring nature, especially his 2 best of friends, James vanhiel and Katelyn Butler. He had an unwavering passion for life, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Billy's personality and had the best sense of humor and lite up every room he entered. Known for his love of nature, he found solace in the outdoors, spending countless hours exploring and cherishing the beauty of the world. A true friend and confidant, Billy will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in eternal paradise.
