Bobby Barnes life began 89 years ago on January 4,1930 when he was born to Adina Black and Sabatien Barnes. He was the only child in their union which meant he was the “salt fish in their ackee”. Bobby grew up in Pond Side, St. Elizabetg and attended Pondiside Elementary School. After leaving school he journeyed to Kingston where he worked at the cement factory.
Bobby migrated to America and after working a series of odd jobs, he started his own boiler repair business. After setting down, he met and married his wife Glory Barnes (deceased).
One of his greatest joys and accomplishments was returning to his faith. His love for God is what will allow him to eternally Rest In Peace.
