SEDALIA — Brandon Harley Schneider, 30, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. He was born on June 18, 1986 in Sedalia, the son of Charles Thomas Schneider, Jr. and Malinda Irene Jett, who reside in Sedalia.
Brandon was a proud 2005 graduate of Green Ridge High School. He enjoyed playing golf, baseball, and bowling. Brandon worked at Tyson Foods in Sedalia. He was an avid movie buff of all genres. He enjoyed watching Kansas City Chiefs football and Royals baseball. He loved all the Marvel and DC Comic super heroes. Brandon was most proud of and dearly loved his son Rennick. He also loved his dogs, Rooster and Hondo.
He is survived by his son Rennick of the home and parents, Malinda (Jett) Snyder and David Wright of Sedalia, Charles Schneider and Anita Holland of Sedalia and Robert and Eva Snyder of Lincoln; two brothers, Travis Snyder (Jessica) of Warrensburg, Troy Schneider (Cathy) of Cole Camp; two sisters, Heather Snyder (Blayne Nicholson) of La Monte and Christina Payne (Bobbie) of Tunas, MO; grandparents, William and Kennadean Long of Lincoln, MO; three aunts; five nephews and a niece.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Linda Jett; paternal grandparents, Charles and Verleen Schneider; and a brother, Joshua, in infancy.
A celebration of life gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
A private burial will be at a later date at Crown Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a college fund for Rennick in care of the funeral chapel.
