Brent Douglas Hamilton, 19, Loretto, passed away Wednesday, Dec, 7, 2016 at his residence. He was born on Feb. 18, 1997 in Marion County. He was a 2015 graduate of Marion County High School and a member of Saint Charles Catholic Church. He loved the outdoors, spending time with his family, kayaking, four-wheeling, and working on vehicles. Survivors include his parents, Rhonda Farmer Hamilton of Loretto and Doug Hamilton of Bardstown; one sister, Alexis Renee Hamilton of Loretto; grandparents, Annette Caldwell Smith of Loretto, Bobby Joe and Loretta Brady Farmer of Lebanon, and Norbert and Patricia Johnston Hamilton of Loretto; and a host of other family members and friends.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Saint Charles Catholic Church, 675 Highway 327, Lebanon, with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. David W. Naylor will officiate.Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at Mattingly Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.Pallbearers are Cameron O'Daniel, Robbie Mills, Byron Smith, Cory Smith, Cody Farmer, and David Johnston. Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
