He was struck by a car while crossing the street, leaving a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the community that loved him dearly. Brett was 30 years old.

Brett was born on January 6th, 1993, to Oliver and Cyrus Buckman. From a young age, Brett exhibited a zest for life and a contagious enthusiasm that touched the lives of those around him. Brett Dennis Buckman will be laid to rest at Ascension Cemetery, located at 7200 E 45th St. N, Bel Air, Kansas 67226. The funeral service will be held on September 22nd, 2023, at 12:00 P.M., where family, friends, and members of the community will gather to pay their final respects and celebrate Brett's life.
