Knepfel, Bruce A.Bruce A. Knepfel, 58, a resident of Kiel formerly of Plymouth passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 7, 2017.Bruce was born on April 28, 1958 in Plymouth a son to the late David W. and Marilyn (Gorsege) Knepfel. He attended St. John Lutheran School and graduated from Plymouth High School. Bruce was employed with the Kohler Company as a machinist for 20 years until his health forced his retirement. Bruce had a love for automobiles and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He also greatly enjoyed the time he spent with his grandchildren.Bruce is survived by a son, David (Christa) Knepfel of Appleton; a daughter, Courtney Knepfel of Plymouth; three grandchildren as he affectionately knew them, Carter (Carjay), Brayden (Brady Pataty) and Valerie (Valarina) Knepfel; his three brothers, Scott (Nancy) Knepfel of Edgerton, WI, Todd (Lori) Knepfel of Amherst Jct., WI and Mark (Shelly) Knepfel of Plymouth and a sister, Lisa Knepfel of Plymouth. His faithful companion, a black lab, Rudy also survives. He was preceded in death by his parents.A memorial service for Bruce will be held 3 P.M., Saturday, March 11 at Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Nathan Meador, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church officiating.
