Bruce Neil Hood47, of Brazil, Indiana passed away on July 10, 2017 in Terre Haute, Indiana at Union Hospital.He was born on July 29, 1969 in Lafayette, Indiana the son of Stanley Hood and the late Janet (Love) Puckett. He graduated from Harrison High School in Lafayette. Bruce was a member of the Masonic Centennial Lodge #541, Knightsville Order of Eastern Star and a past member of Williamsport Christian Church. He also served in the Army National Guard. Bruce married, Marcia Lynn Pendleton, on December 21, 1991.In his spare time, Bruce enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to music. He also loved playing games on the computer.Bruce is preceded in death by his mother and his daughter Annjanette Hood.He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Marcia Hood of Brazil; his three children, Zakkariah Hood, Annastasia Hood, and Sarranitti Hood; father, Stanley Hood; step-father, Leon Puckett; step brothers, Troy Puckett and Brian Puckett; half-brother, Jason Hood; half-sister, Melanie Hood; as well as many extended family members and friends.Visitation will be Friday, July 14, 2017 at 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at French Funeral Home, 421 E. National Ave. Brazil, Indiana. An Order of Eastern Star Service will be at 7 p.m. with a Masonic Service following at the funeral home. Services will be Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Williamsport Church, 20 E 3rd St, Williamsport, IN 47993 with Pastor Jesse Stoner officiating.
