C.C. "Buddy" PackNaples, FLC.C. "Buddy" Pack, a long time resident of Naples, Florida passed away on January 27, 2017 at Naples Community Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family when the Lord took him home. He was born on April 30, 1933 in Knoxville, TN. He attended Harrison Chilhowee Baptist Academy as a youth and it was there he received his nickname "Buddy" from his high school football coach. He attended The University of Tennessee. After moving to the greater Miami area he became the youngest contractor in the state of Florida. He met his wife Linda and they made their home in Miami Beach, FL, where their two daughters were born. In the 1970's, the mountains were calling. He returned to the Greater Knoxville area with his wife and two daughters as a builder and developer. He and his wife returned to Florida in 1981 where they made Naples their home. They were married 55 years this past October.He is survived by his wife, Linda; two daughters, Louise Dover, of Knoxville, TN and Cindy Maxey, married to Nickey Maxey, of Bluffton, SC; and six adoring grandchildren, T.K. Hindman and his wife, Claire, Lee and Lucie Dover, Nicole, Lindy and Colton Maxey. The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff at Naples Community Hospital for their excellence in service and care.A celebration of life will be held at First Baptist Church of Naples on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to The Southwest Florida Fellowship of Christian Athletes. A charity he held close to his heart.
