Waukau, Candace "Candy"Candace J. "Candy" Waukau of 2321 10th St., Two Rivers, died Wednesday night, May 10, 2017, at Aurora Medical Center, Grafton. Candace was born on March 25, 1961, in Superior, a daughter of Ronald Mains and Judy (Larson) Mains. She graduated with the class of 1979 from Shawano High School. On July 14, 1979, she married Berard Waukau at the United Pentecostal Church in Shawano. Candy worked as a CNA at the Hamilton Home and also at Rivers Bend. She enjoyed being with her family, reading, shopping, singing and spreading the Word of God. Survivors include her husband: Berard Waukau of Two Rivers; her children: Cassandra Waukau of Two Rivers, Kristin (Travis Truttschel) Waukau of Germantown, Kaster Waukau, Noah Waukau, River Waukau and Caedence Waukau, all of Two Rivers; her father: Ronald (Jolene) Mains; her mother: Judy (Lloyd) Forry; her brothers and sister: Tim (Peggy) Mains, Tom (Kim) Mains, Kimberly (Russ) Olsen, Jon (Rebekah) Mains, James (Jen) Mains, Zach Mains and Josh Mains, along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Chris and Lottie Mains and Hjalmer and Esther Larson; a brother: Randy Mains and a nephew: Nick Mains. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Abundant Life Church, 1969 Roosevelt Ave., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Scott Stevens. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Thursday morning after 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. There will be no Wednesday evening visitation.
