Candice Jobe , 84, of Jackson, Mississippi, passed on October 12, 2023. Candice was born on January 02, 1939 in Jackson, MS. She was a strong woman of faith. She accepted Christ at an early age. Candice was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of Jackson, MS. Candice retired from Jackson State University. She also tutored students in her free time to help children in her community. She was the wife of the late J.W Carter. She leaves behind 2 children Sandra (Roy) Jobe and Larry (Ann) Jobe. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren kendrick Jobe, Levelle Jobe and Cassandra Jobe. She also has 8 beautiful great grandchildren. She had lots of family whom she loved dearly. Candice cherished all of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
