Carl Meeks  “Neon” Son Of of the late Simon Lee and Helen Meeks was born April 14 1969, 1969 in Suitland Maryland. At an early age He professed His faith in Jesus Christ and joined Brown Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where He was a dedicated member. At Brown Chapel, He served faithfully as Father of the Church, and head of the Hospitality Committee.

Meeks was blessed with Five children. Carl Harper Carlitha Harper & Carla Meeks , Tamika Meeks & Lynn Meeks

Meeks was loved by many.  and His influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew Him . He quietly departed this life Tuesday August 27, 2019  9:47 pm He was preceded in death by his Mom His Dad His Children & His Friends 

His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of His children devoted family members & Friends
