Carl Edward MoseleyClarksville, TNCarl Edward Moseley, 76, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017, at UAB Medical Center in Birmingham, AL.Carl was born on July 12, 1940, in Robertson County, TN to the late Benjamin "Daddy Mo" Harrison Moseley and Mary "Momma Mo" Nicholson Moseley. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Talmadge Moseley, Tyson Mosley, Benjamin Harrison Moseley, Jr., and Howard "Brownie" Moseley and three sisters, Mary Sneed, Doris Gill, and Sue Anne Simpson.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at Madison Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Lisa Martin officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and Wednesday, May 17, 2017, from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.Carl was retired from Clarksville Building and Codes Department. He owned Carl's Package Store and worked at Vaughn's Vendors. He served as a tank commander in the Tennessee Army National Guard. He was an avid cook, fisherman, and hunter. He loved to talk to people, UT Football fan, and was a western cowboy movies fan. At a younger age, he was a professional water skier at Cypress Gardens.Carl is survived by his wife, Ann Fuqua Moseley of Clarksville, TN; son, Carlton Howard Moseley of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Andrea Lynn Moseley of Alexanderia, VA; sister, Alice Batson of Clarksville, TN; and two granddaughters, Carlie Dawn Moseley and Miles Emerson Lundeen-Moseley.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Madison Street United Methodist Church, 319 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.Arrangements entrusted to Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
