CARL GREEN JR. FREEPORT - Carl Green Jr., departed on October 17, 2013, at Freeport Memorial Hospital. Carl Green Jr. was born on September 6, 1983, to Kelly Spearman and Carl Edward Green Sr. He was baptized at and early age. Carl was employed at Snak King in Freeport. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving parents, Kelly Spearman and Carl Edward Green Sr. (Carla Green, stepmother); four sisters, Markea Gaines, Troyanna and Jemea Green of Freeport and Nasia Turner of Los Angeles; one brother, Carl Green of Freeport; three nieces, Jakheycia Gaines, Trennedy Green-Jackson and Truth Green of Freeport. He also leaves with his love his uncles, LaMorris (Joyce) McGee of Freeport, Andrew (Kara) Spearman of Iowa and Michael Green of Ohio; aunts, Rosalyn Green, Debbie Lacy, Nicole (Ricky) Williams of Freeport and Patsy Spearman of Memphis; a special aunt, Donna Green of Freeport; his paternal grandparent, Shirley Farrar; special friend, Darrious McGee; two special cousins, Aron Spearman of Freeport and Cameron Pruitt of Indianapolis; and a host of cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparent, Mary Spearman; his cousin, Nikita Williams; uncle, Jerom Spearman; grandfather, Robert Green; and step grandfather, Herman Farrar. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013, at New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Burke-Tubbs.
