Carmel Fergusson, also known as the cooking queen of Spanish Town, Saint Catherine Parish, Jamaica, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 5th, 2024 at the age of 65.

She was born on July 1st, 1959, and leaves behind a legacy of delicious meals and cherished memories.

Carmel was a beloved mother to three children, Rosalie, Nicola, and Damion, and a doting grandmother to eight grandchildren.

When she wasn't busy in the kitchen whipping up her famous dishes, Carmel could be found tending to her garden or enjoying quality time with her family.

Her passion for cooking brought joy to all who had the pleasure of tasting her culinary creations, and her warm and welcoming spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
