Carmel Macario ""Max"" Sena, 70, a native of Sena, a long time resident of Las Vegas and recently of Rio Rancho, left this life peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 30, 2015. He was born on July 16, 1944, to the union of Macario Sena and Bersabella Manzanares Sena. He is preceded in death by his parents; and infant daughter. Eva Marie Sena. Carmel was the last of his siblings to enter eternal rest which included, Alice Villanueva, Selustrano Sena, Henry Sena and wife, Dora, Eluvina Romero and husband, Eloy, Reymundo Sena and wife, Toni, Maryann Chavez and husband, Raymond, father and mother-in- law, Pablo and Grace Aguilar; godson, Macario Rivera, nephews, Seledon Villanueva Jr., Jimmy Sena, and Benny Sena.He is survived by his loving children, Mark Sena and wife, Amber, Martin Sena and wife, Monica, Viviana Sena and companion, Leroy Garcia; grandchildren, Ezra, Ethan, Ean and Ezekiel Sena, Martin Sena and partner, Ashley Saiz, Mariah Sena and partner, Meliton Benavidez, Sebastian, Mikala, and Grace Gallegos; great- grandchildren, Noah Sena, Jayden Benavidez, Amyah Garcia, Sofia Gallegos; sister in-law, Delia Sena, and mother of his children, Maria Sofia Martinez (husband Rick) as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Special to Carmel was the Aguilar family.Max was an electrician by trade and retired from the Las Vegas Medical Center in 1992. He was an avid car lover and enjoyed sporting his yellow Corvette around Las Vegas and surrounding areas. He loved to travel and meet new people. He had a great sense of humor and could get a crowd laughing in no time. He was loved and adored by many and will greatly be missed.Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Victory Life Church, Romeroville Frontage Road, Las Vegas. Funeral Services will be celebrated by his son, Mark Sena and music by his son, Martin Sena and Mariachi Cardenal. Pallbearers will include: Gabriel ""Chio"" Gallegos and Tim Aguilar. Cremation has taken place and a private burial will be held at a later date.
