It is with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to our beloved Carmen Timmons, who passed away on July 10, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Carmen, born on April 10, 1959, in Akron, Ohio, was a truly remarkable individual. She was a loving mother to her three children, Tai, Star, and Paris Timmons, who meant the world to her. Carmen was a proud grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren.

While Carmen's family was her greatest joy, she had an incredible zest for life that extended beyond her role as a loving parent and grandparent. She had an infectious smile that could brighten up any room and a heart full of laughter that would leave everyone in stitches.

Carmen's educational journey led her to Buchtel High School, where she graduated in 1977. Always eager to learn, she went on to pursue a career at the Poly Advance Factory, where she showcased her dedication and strong work ethic.

She embraced life, finding solace in friendships, hobbies, and community involvement. Carmen had an insatiable love for dancing and would take every opportunity to hit the dance floor, showing off her smooth moves. She had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her vibrant flowers and plants, turning her yard into a breathtaking oasis.

Carmen had an unwavering spirit and a natural ability to bring people together. Whether it was hosting lively neighborhood barbeques or organizing family reunions, she always made sure to create lasting memories filled with joy and laughter.
