On February15th,2021, heaven gained an angel who was not only a wonderful mother and wife, but she also happened to be one of the most caring and compassionate nurses that anyone could ask for. Carol had a happy and gentle soul and had a love for people that was a gift. As a nurse her patient's loved her and she would always fight for them until the end. Carol was born in Manchester, England in 1955 with birth defects that would cause her pain throughout her life. The pain Carol endured gave her a combination of determination and compassion that led her to fulfill her dream of being a nurse in order to help others. She became a US citizen in 2002, achieved her dream of being a nurse- and a great one she became. Her British sense of humor brought many ,great laughter and great memories through the years. She was a one- of- a -kind, phenomenal person who will be deeply missed.

Carol was preceded in death by her sons, Robert and Leslie Bedford; and her father Leslie Roscoe. She is survived by her husband Matthew Henning, daughter Marie Gilley and her husband Justin. She is also survived by her mother Joan Roscoe and her sister Gillian Madden and her husband Chris. Also niece and nephew Nick and Meg Howren . She was a great stepmother to Joe Hollifield as well as Avery and Allison Henning. Grand children Robert Bedford, Kylie Bedford, Jared Kull, Courtney Kull, Claire Kull, and Macon Bedford. As well as her great gandchildren.
