Carol ElmoreClarksville, TNCarol Petty Elmore, age 76, of Clarksville, passed away June 23, 2017.A Celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at McReynolds - Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Jason Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Carol was born on August 3, 1940 in Crenshaw County, AL. She was the daughter of the late A.D. Petty and Iva Mae Davis Petty. Carol was a retired Registered Nurse. She loved her profession and dedicated herself to it for 40 years. Carol also loved her grandchildren very much. Quilting, sewing, gardening, and her pets were some of the things Carol enjoyed, along with being a former Den Mother with the Cub Scouts. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Elton Franklin "Joe" Elmore and her brother, Rufus Petty. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Elmore and Terry Elmore (wife Lydia); daughters, Pamela Cash (husband Timothy) and Robin Osborne (husband Danny); grandchildren Ashley Cash, Zachary Osborne, Tate Osborne and Leo Osborne; sisters, Inez McCollum, Dorothy Pyron, and Barbara Waggoner.
