Hansen, CaroleCarole M. Hansen, age 81, of Marshfield, died September 26, 2017 at Atrium Post-Acute Care in Marshfield, WI.She was born on August 2, 1936 to the late Hiram & Hazel (Case) Hansen in Stevens Point.Carole will be remembered for her loving, adventurous spirit. In her free time, she enjoyed stopping at garage sales, visiting with friends, and driving down country roads in search of wild asparagus. She also relished cooking, crocheting, testing her luck at the casino, and listening to music -- especially Elvis. Carole is survived by her children, Allen (Sharon) Hansen of Custer; Keith "Clint" (Dawn) Hansen of Wisconsin Rapids; Charles (Bonnie) Hansen of Plover; Catherine (Jon) Sosnowski of Stevens Point; Mark (Carolynn) Hansen of Plover; Cassandra Ryckman of Plover; Kim (Sean) Fisher of Florida; 21 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Florence Andersen of Wautoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Sherry and Deborah; nephews, Craig and Curt; and granddaughter, Rebecka.A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 2, 2017 at Boston Funeral Home. A Time of Visitation will precede from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
