We are here today to celebrate the life and home going service of Carolyn Grasty, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, aunt and cousin who was called home to be with the Lord on April 27, 2024, with her loving husband by her side.

Carolyn Grasty was born to loving parents Eugene and Ruby Johnson on June 22, 1951. Growing up Carolyn loved to dance, listen to music and cook. Her love for cooking began at an early age. She was also a spitfire. She was not afraid to tell you how she felt. To know her was to love her. And although she had multiple jobs over the years, her best job was being a mother to 4 children , a loving wife to Harry Grasty and a grandmom to her grands and great grands; whom she loved spending time with.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Harry Grasty, her 4 children and their spouses Kenny (Christine), Harry (Ann), Michelle (Larry), and Donna. Her 3 brothers Eugene (Ruby), David and brother in law Johnny. 15 grandchildren Cavalier, Kenah, Jerry, Jorden, Christopher, Vonne, Marque, Marketta, Donte, Jaiden, Akirah, Ahmir, Eniyah, Nashiem, Akmir, and 20 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Ruby, father Eugene, brother, Percy, sister Laverne, and sister Lois Ann
