Carrie Marie Tiggs, 40, unexpectedly passed away on September 21, 2016 in Anaheim Hills, CA. She was born on May 29, 1976 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Patricia Marie Westenhaver and Michael Brown.Her children Jaiden and Jaylen and her true love Cartier always brought her joy. Her personality and energy attracted people. If Carrie called you "Friend" or "Family", it truly was an honor. She did not gift those titles lightly. Carrie met Cartier and the two began an epic friendship, inevitability transforming into a love and passion that burns like Greek fire. Carrie started her new life in Yuma, AZ at MCAS. She joined the local YMCA where her love of fitness drove her to become a fitness instructor and ZUMBA became her passion. Carrie was the world to her husband, her Daughter, and Son. We will be stronger for each other but we are now less than what we were. Carrie is survived by her daughter Jaiden Stewart, son Jaylen Scott, husband Cartier Tiggs, stepmother, Penny Brown, her sister Diana Brown, her fiercely loyal Chihuahuas Manny and Roxie. She is preceded in death by her parents Patricia Marie Westenhaver and Michael Brown. Memorial Services will be held on October 5, 2016 at the beach, 26401 Palisades Dr., Dana Point, CA between 5-7 pm. In her honor we will be wearing white with accents of purple.
