She was born on May 13, 1999 in Bellevue, OH to Harley and Andrea (Whitt) Carter. Casidy attended the School of Hope and loved music, movies, school and spending time with her family. Casidy is survived by her parents, Harley and Andrea Carter, Sibling, Cedric Carter; Fremont, OH; grandparents, Deidara (Matt) Kroeger of Florida, Kevin Whitt, Fremont and Donna and David Carter, Green Springs; aunts and uncles, Bobbi (Rick) Siferd of Florida, Melinda (Jeremy) Halbeisen and Dustin (Theresa) Carter both of Green Springs and Crystal (Dale) Jones, Bellevue and numerous cousins.She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Dorothy and Harless Whitt and Ruby and Edgar Warwick; cousins, Michael Black, Angela Warwick; great great grandparents, Darrell and Mary Eckleberry.Visitation will be Thursday, August, 31, 2017 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E.
