Catherine "Cathey" Jo Collins, born on August 2, 1965, in Kenneth, Missouri, passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 59. She was the beloved daughter of Donald Felix Collins and Sherma Faye Baker.

Cathey is survived by her mother and her three loving daughters: Elizabeth Sims, Malary Ferguson, and Adrena Coop. She was also a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren, Abigail Sims, Bryleigh Sims, Alanea Ferguson, Kaylee Ferguson, Ty Ferguson, Addison Underwood, Jayden Pugh, Kaydence Pugh, and soon to be Micah Coop.

Cathey attended Brighton High School and graduated in 1982. She dedicated many years of her life working at the Tipton County Board of Education in the Accounts Payable department and as a School Bus Driver until her retirement in 2008.

Although Cathey gave birth to only three children of her own, she was like a mother to many as she built lasting relationships with all of her bus kids. She considered them all to be family, and had a genuine love for every child that ever rode her bus route.

Tragically, Catherine lost her battle with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. She will be remembered for her kindness, selflessness, and unwavering love for her family.

May she rest in peace.
