HOWE — Cecelia Grace "CC" Myers, 82, of Howe, died February 8, 2014 at Parkview LaGrange Hospital in LaGrange. CC was born on December 31, 1931 in Noble County to John and Donna I. (Sherer) Fry. Living most of her lifetime in LaGrange County, she had worked for 41 years as the bookkeeper and head cashier at Kroger and Miller's Super Value in LaGrange. She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in LaGrange, where she was a member of the Ruth Circle, and part of the worship/music committee. She was also a member of BPW of LaGrange and loved going to her children and grandchildren's sporting events. On June 18, 1950 in LaGrange she married Lloyd Myers; he survives in Howe. Also surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Connie and H. Eugene "Gene" Jr. Lovelace of Howe and Steve and Jana Myers of Howe; four grandchildren and their spouses, H. Eugene "Gene" III and Bridgette Lovelace of Sturgis, Mich, Rachel and Mike Huppenthal of Howe, Kimberly and Adam Yoder of LaGrange and Jared and Amanda Myers of Howe; thirteen great-grandchildren, Courtney, Trey, Tyler, Hunter and Breanna Lovelace, Nicholas, Ella and Ethan Huppenthal, Quinton, Madalyn, and Nora Yoder along with baby Yoder to arrive in March, and Kailen and Avery Myers; a sister and brother-in-law, Jeanne and Ray McKercher of Sturgis, Mich; five brothers and three sisters-in-law, James J. Fry of LaGrange, Vern and Karen Fry of LaGrange, Ronald "Frog" and Retha Fry of LaGrange, John A. and Marti Fry of LaGrange and Tony Fry of Sturgis, Mich.; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Roseanna Wise, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 10:30 am at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 797 N. Detroit St., LaGrange, IN with Rev. Thomas McShannock officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in LaGrange, IN. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange. Memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
