Centelle Reed, 70, of Montigo Bay, Jamaica, passed Friday, December 28, 2018. Centelle was born to Canan D. Reed, and Regina M. Dukes, October 03, 1948.
Centelle graduated from Latta High School in 1967 and received a degree from Hampton University in 1971. He married Rheumel Reed-James in 1975, and they lived together in Montigo Bay. Centelle worked at Dodge Motors - Mechanical Engineer. He also volunteered at the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity in 51 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
LT. Colonal Reed served his country as a Commanding officer in the 5/52 Air Defense Artillary of the Army for 20 years.
Centelle is survived by 6 children: Antwan Reed, Antonio Reed, Terence Reed, Courtney Reed, Corey Reed, and Ryan Reed. He also is survived by 2 grandchildren.
