Cesar Taveras, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 43. He was born on June 13, 1979, in Perth Amboy to his loving parents who have since passed on.

Cesar was a loving and caring father to his three children. He was known for his infectious smile, his love for his family and friends and his willingness to help anyone in need.

Prior to his passing, Cesar worked as a mechanic for over 20 years. His dedication and hard work earned him the respect of his colleagues and customers alike.

Cesar was a kind, gentle soul who always put others first. He enjoyed spending time with his children, traveling, and exploring new places. He also loved cooking and was known for his amazing dishes, especially his famous arroz con gandules.

Cesar will be deeply missed by his children, siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. His memory will forever be cherished by those who knew him.

A celebration of Cesar's life will be held on May 12, 2023, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
