It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Taska, who was born on March 8, 1975, and passed away on July 11, 2024, in Griffin, Georgia, United States.

Charles "Chaz" Taska, aged 49, of Griffin, Georgia, was called to his eternal home on July 11, 2024. Born on March 8, 1975, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he was the beloved son of Francis Taska and the late Sharon Stevenson. Chaz will be remembered for his vivacious personality, his love of laughter, and his unwavering spirit of joy. An ardent fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Alabama State football, he was also a fervent follower of WWE.

He is predeceased by his mother, Sharon Stevenson. Chaz's cherished memory will live on through his survivors, including his three children his oldest daughter, Kendra Carney of Ohio; 

His other two children Hailey Taska and Owen Taska both at home in North Carolina . His father, Francis Taska and stepmother Robin Taska of Goose Creek, South Carolina; his siblings, Glenn Ayers (Berta) of Harrisburg, Francis “Bud” Taska (Karen) of Lancaster, Dennis Wanner (Jacqueline) of Lancaster, Charles Wanner (April) of Goose Creek, South Carolina, Stephanie Stevenson (Dennis) of Florida, and Toni Taska of Florida; his 26 beloved nephews and nieces; and his three treasured grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate Chaz's life, with his family in attendance. His kind heart and cheerful spirit will continue to shine through those he left behind. While Chaz will be deeply missed, his enduring presence will be felt by all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace.
