Charles Aaron Koppien, 77, of Glendale, Arizona, passed on November 17, 2023. Charles was born in Sioux Falls, SD to Robert and Emily Koppien. 

He is survived by daughter Jacqueline Gorman (Michael), grandchildren Jarrod Spears, Alyssa Spears (Dennis Fumia), Mikayla Fajardo (Jonathan), Cody Gorman (Isabella), Connor Gorman (Kayla), great-grandchildren Ryker, Xoe, Ivy; sister Debbie Headrick (Chuck); brother Steve Koppien (Melinda) and many special nieces & nephews. 

Charlie was a kind person with a huge heart and loved his family more than anything. He had a special love for Drag Racing and was one of the best racers back in his day. He managed Sears automotive for years before starting his own business, Koppien Automotive which he later passed on to his brother Steve. 

He is preceded in death by his wife (Barbara), mother, father, and brother (Robert).
