Charles Haggins, 81, passed on September 15, 2021. He was born to Charlie and Estella Haggins in Dallas, Texas on August 20, 1940.

He loved to sing his favorite songs and to watch old western cowboy movies. Charles graduated from Jefferson High School in 1958 and as soon as he turned 18 he joined the United States Navy SEALs.

Seaman Haggins served his country for 4 years in the Commandant, Twelfth Naval District, San Francisco 11 of the United States Navy SEALs. For his great work Charles was awarded with the Good Conduct Medal. After leaving the service Charles was offered a fulltime postion and worked at The Naval Shipyard until he retired in 1992.

His parents Estella and Charlie Haggins, Sisters Labirda Haggins and Anne Luckey, Brothers Lavajis, Kelly, and Roy Haggins proceeded him in death.

Charles leaves to mourn, his children (Carla and Chuckie), his sister (Wealthea), his neices (Tonee, Angie, Tonette, and Deb), nephews (Joey, David, Roger and Darrren), and a host of family and friends.
