Charles Roy Brown A longtime Tacoma and Grapeview resident passed away on February 15, 2017. Charlie was born on February 9, 1928 in Detroit, MI, the son of Charles S. Brown and Bessie W. Turvill. His family and many friends will miss his gentleness, intelligence, sense of humor, and big smile. A celebration of his life will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA on March 21, 2017 at 1pm; reception following service.
