Charles Fedoris Mallick, age 75, of Corsica, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday December 5, 2015, at the McKinley Health Center in Brookville, PA. He was born on December 14, 1939, in Westmoreland County, PA, to the late Randolph W. and Mary (Fedoris) Mallick. He is survived by his wife Christina (Pearson) Mallick; they were married on February 13, 2006 in Corsica, PA. He worked in construction the majority of his life and eventually retired as a foreman from Mellon - Stuart. He was a long time member of the Masons, Zerubbabel-Duquesne Royal Arch Chapter No. 162, and the National Rifle Association. One of his hobbies was reloading his own rounds of ammunition and at one point was selling reloaded rounds as a business. He was a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Brookville PA. He was an avid hunter; that interest took him to Africa on safari for two separate occasions. He enjoyed hiking when he was able and riding in his side by side with Christina. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Hugh (Courtney) Mallick of Woodstock, MD; 1 grandchild, Gemma Mallick; and his cousin, who is also is best friend, Elmer Durick. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Randy Mallick. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, at the McKinney - d'Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Brookville, PA, 15825. A second visitation will take place on Thursday, December 10, 2015, from 11am-2pm at the Hart Funeral Home, 3103 Lillian Ave, Murrysville, PA, 15668. A funeral service will take place immediately follow the second visitation, beginning at 2pm.
