The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 4 from 4 to 8PM at Sykes Funeral Home, Clarksville, TN and Sunday, March 5 from 12PM to time of service.Charles passed away on Wednesday, March 01, 2017 at St. Thomas Mid-town in Nashville. He was born on May 22, 1933 in Staunton, VA to Hubert and Mary Nulty. He was a retired veteran from the United States Army.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Charles "Buddy" Nulty, two great-grandchildren, and five brothers and sisters.He is survived by his wife, Mary Nulty, children; Teresa (Mike) Biggs, Daniel Nulty (Lil), Sonya Nulty, Robin Starr (Jerry), Joel (Stephanie) Nulty, Michael Nulty, and daughter-in-law Debbie Nulty.
