It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlie Dixon, beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Charlie was born on December 20, 1943 in Ferrum, Virginia to parents William and Bertha Dixon.

Charlie is survived by his partner Belva, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and memories. Together, they raised three children: France’s Trail, Billy Dixon (spouse Norma), and Irene Turner (spouse Tommy).

Charlie was a dedicated family man and took great pride in being a grandfather to his seven grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren He was known for his kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering love for his family. Throughout the last 8 months everyone knows it’s been a tough fight for our family . We are grateful for the love and Prayers that have been sent our way.

Charlie Dixon will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace and may his memory live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Funeral services will be conducted from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 6pm - 8pm following Creamation
