Charlie was born in Houma, Louisiana to Louisa and Willard Howard(Ma-ma)(Dad-dee) on August 20, 1958. The family moved to Donaldsonville, Louisiana, where he worked as an electrician. It was while on the job during a lunch break he met his wife, Victoria.

Charlie was an electrician for over 25 years. He really had a passion and enjoyed what he did on his line of work.

He will be remembered for his laughter, kindness, courage, joking demeanor, and his sneakiness. Charlie was a devout Christian who loved the Lord. He was also a devoted husband and father to his children.

Charlie was survived by his wife, Victoria Howard; children: Bernetta Galloway, Melinda Howard, Charles Howard, and Travis Branch; grandchildren: Dominique Howard, Victoria Galloway, Londyn Howard, Ace Howard, Michael Howard Jr.; siblings Gayle Howard, Beverly Howard, Roxanne Mitchell, Donald Howard, and Gloria Howard; and a host of nieces and nephews.

His wonderful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his wife, children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
