Here lies Charlie Mullins, born on April 26, 1953, in South Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. He passed away on December 6, 2024, leaving behind his beloved son Robert Mullins.
Charlie spent his working years as a firefighter, saving lives and putting out fires with his quick wit and strong arms. He retired in 1989, much to the relief of all the cats stuck in trees in South Surrey.
When he wasn't battling blazes, Charlie could be found strumming his guitar or spreading the good word as a preacher. His fingers were nimble on the strings and his sermons were both inspirational and entertaining.
Unfortunately, Charlie's heart couldn't keep up with his fiery spirit, and he succumbed to a heart attack. But knowing Charlie, he probably went out with a witty one-liner and a song in his heart.
Rest in peace, Charlie. Your legacy of laughter and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew you.
