Charlotte Anne (Kirkpatrick) Robbins, age 55, passed away on Sept. 3, 2016 after battling cancer for two years. She was at rest in her home surrounded by loved ones.Charlotte was born on July 31, 1961 in Hialeah, Fla., daughter of Myron Paul Kirkpatrick and the late Marie L. Kirkpatrick, relocating to the Attica area shortly thereafter.She graduated from Seeger High School in 1980 and was married to Mark Robbins of West Lebanon on Dec. 6, 1980 joining in the family business until 1998. She earned a degree from Danville Community College and was employed in banking and most recently as assistant branch manager of Main Source Bank of Covington. Her last position was assistant manager of Habitat Restore in Lafayette, which she found most rewarding.Charlotte had a smile that everyone remembered. Her bubbling personality left a lasting impression on all and she never knew a stranger. She enjoyed live theatre, boating and meeting new people. She devoted her life to being a loving and caring wife, mother and overly enthusiastic grandmother that aspired to be the apple of her grandkids' eyes, filling their moments together with arts, crafts and games when they were together.Charlotte and Mark enjoyed 35 years of marriage, seldom leaving each others' side. Mark survives along with two children Casandra M. Alexander (Joseph) of Brooklyn, N.Y, and Mary Anne Robbins (John Kirkendall) of Brookston. Two Grandchildren Oliver Alexander and Olive Madrid Robbins. Also surviving are her father Myron Paul Kirkpatrick (Mildred Stumph), two brothers John Kirkpatrick, Myron Kirkpatrick (Candy), and one sister Bertha Bea Fry (Kyle). She felt more than an aunt to her nieces and nephews holding each of them dear to her heart. She will be lovingly remembered by the Robbins as more of a sister than a sister-in-law. She will be sorely missed by the entire community. She was preceded in death by her mother Marie (Kirkpatrick) Brier, stepfather James J. Brier and two nephews. Sean and Max Kirkpatrick.A remembrance open house was held at the Robbins' home at 3298 West Division Road, Williamsport, IN, 47993 on Sept. 10.
