Charlotte Michelle Reder, age 45, of Columbia, Tennessee, passed suddenly and unexpectedly on July 14, 2023.

Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Shelly was born in Columbia, Tennessee on May 27, 1978, and was the daughter of the late William Ray Kelley and Audrey Roberta Kelley. She enjoyed selling and collecting antiques. Her favorite hobby was spending time with friends and family. Most of all, she loved her only daughter and grandkids. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a special soul and truly one of God's free spirits. She possed an infectious laugh and was loved by all who knew her.

Along with her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Lindsey (Austyn Johnson) Morris of Columbia; brothers, Joe (Teresa) Kelley of Lyles and Jason (Tabitha) Staggs of Lewisburg; sisters, Mandee (Jonathan) Turrell of Lewisburg, Melissa Kelley of Lewisburg, Candy (Leonard) Chatman of Pulaski, Jessica Staggs of Lewisburg, and Rebecca Staggs of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Lucy Morris and Mason Morris; and her boyfriend, Brad Johnson and his son, Jace Johnson. She is also survived by her beloved Uncle "Tidy" Chris (Brandi) Bolton of Columbia.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Brian Mitchell Staggs as well as her father, William Ray Kelley. She was also proceeded in death by her paternal Grandparents William and Henrietta Bolton.
