Watson, CharlotteCharlotte M. Watson, age 85, of Appleton, formerly of Fremont, died on Thursday, August 24, at Brewster Village. She was born on October 14, 1931, in Two Rivers, WI, the daughter of the late John and Florence(Cabot)Polich. On April 24, 1954, Charlotte married Robert Watson in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on August 14, 1993. Charlotte was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Appleton. She enjoyed rug hooking, reading mysteries, and watching the Green Bay Packers, and will be remembered for her strong conservative views. Charlotte is survived by her children, Mary(Peter)McKeown, Nicholasville,KY; Jean(Richard)
Smith, Fremont; William Watson, Madison; Kathy Watson, Nashotah; and Jim(Joan)Watson, Appleton; grandchildren, Brianna(Jon)Hanna, Megan Meighan, Eric(Amy)Smith, David(Megan)Smith, Robert and Abigail Tessmer and Lukas and Mark Watson; two great-grandchildren, William and Julian Hanna; her sister, Dorothe Luisier, Manitowoc, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Carlyle(Sharon)Polich and her brother-in-law, Alvin Luisier. Per Charlotte's wishes, private family services will be held.
