Chaz Jovaughn Samuel, age 22, passed away on January 18, 2023 in a automobile accident. He was born on September 29, 2000 in Decatur, GA. Chaz was a beloved son of Marissa Samuel, and a devoted brother to Covey and Brian Samuel. He was known for his kind and gentle spirit, and had a passion for music and sports. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A viewing for Chaz will be held at Donald Trimble Mortuary Inc, located at 1876 2nd Ave, Decatur, GA 30032. The family invites friends and loved ones to come and pay their respects. In addition, a graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 23rd 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Hillandale Memorial Gardens (6201 Hillandale Dr, Lithonia, GA 30058).

Chaz will be remembered for his kind and generous nature and for always being there for his loved ones. He will be missed dearly but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
