Christine Fox March 14, 1964 - October 29, 2016 Cary Christine Fox, 52, of Cary, died peacefully at home on October 29th, 2016 after a long illness. Christine was born on March 14th, 1964, in the Bronx, NY. She moved to North Carolina at the age of four. Christine attended Garner High School, graduating with Honors; she also attended East Carolina University and North Carolina State University, where she majored in Math and Science. She was formerly employed at Alltel as a Sales Representative, and at Holiday Inn. Christine enjoyed gardening, reading, shopping and baking. She baked cookies and gorgeous cakes for special occasions. She had a special love of art, and enjoyed visiting museums which displayed the great artists. Christine also painted still-life scenes for her own enjoyment. She loved clothing and jewelry, and was always dressed for the occasion. She will always be remembered for her loving heart, and would always be there for anyone that needed anything. She will be sorely missed. Christine was preceded in death by her father, Martin Fox; her maternal and paternal grandparents; and her dog Cosmo. Christine is survived by her mother and step-father, Kathleen and Wallace Parker; sisters Colleen Evans (Martin), Kathy Lockhart (Dave), and Bernardine Fox; uncle William Quinn (Maureen); nieces and nephews Siobhan Evans, Jacquelyn Evans, Christopher Olive, Dakota Olive, Cassidy Olive, Kailee Lockhart, and Jade Erceg; numerous cousins in Long Island, New Jersey, and Florida; as well as numerous friends in Taylor's Pond subdivision in Cary, and her dog Rocko. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, 2016, at 11:00 am, at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, 1005 Wilbon Rd, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526.
