Christopher Lucas "Luke" Mattingly, 15, Elizabethtown, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville.He was born on Dec. 17, 2001 to Erin Bohannon and Jamie Raley in Lebanon.He was preceded in death by: his paternal grandparents, Wayne Bohannon and Frances Thompson. Besides his parents, survivors include: two brothers, Jacob Bohannon of Bowling Green and Eli Bohannon of Elizabethtown; three sisters, Cassie Raley, Lexi Mattingly, and Jacee Mattingly all of Elizabethtown; and maternal grandparents, Jimmie Raley and Mary Linda Raley. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 16.Pallbearers were Eli Bohannon, Jacob Bohannon, Mickey Cooley, Michael Wayne Clarkson, Ethan Giles, Jeramy Mattingly, and Derek Mattingly.The family request donations be made for funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.Campbell-Fisher Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of arrangements.
