Cilia Montoya-Blea, 73, a native of Mora County, passed away in Las Vegas on Monday Dec. 15, 2014. Cilia was born on May 15, 1941 in El Coyote to the late Candido Montoya and Andrellita Trujillo Montoya. She is preceded in death by sisters, Alice Lopez, Sara Vigil, and Edna Roybal; and one brother, Ted Montoya.Cilia is survived by her sons, Felix Cordova, Ronnie Cordova (Eileen), Mike Cordova, and Kenny Cordova; one daughter, Brenda Marquez (Ed); three grandchildren, Robert Marquez (Katie), Dominick Marquez (Leah) and Amanda Cordova; two great-grandchildren, Aryanna and Amariah Marquez; two brothers, Lorenzo Montoya (Elvie Gutierrez) and Nelson Montoya.Funeral services for Cilia will be held Monday at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Mora as follows: Rosary will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the celebration of the funeral mass at 10 a.m. A private interment will take place by her family at a later date.Visit www.nelsonfuneralhomelv.com for online condolences.Funeral arrangements for Cilia have been entrusted to Nelson Funeral Home; 801 Douglas Avenue, Las Vegas; 425-6551.
